The Move Better, Feel Better 5 Minute Daily Mobility Program was created by Dr. Katie Perrone, PT, DPT of Live Without Limits PT & Wellness, to help you to move better and more comfortably in your daily life! This program is only 5 minutes a day and there are 2 different 5 minute routines to complete throughout the week! You will alternate between the 2 routines! The programs were designed to require either no equipment or very minimal equipment and can be done anywhere! You can do them at home, the office, the gym, or anywhere you have room to move around! The videos provided give you an introduction to talk about how to use the program, demonstrations with each of the 2 programs to walk you through each exercise that you will be completing that day, and then the actual 5 minute routine. During the 5 minute routine video, you will see Jenn completing the video and Dr. Katie will be in the background doing the timing for you - just follow along the timing and you will complete it appropriately!
